    I own a 1996 TOYOTA Corolla. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. I did not have to pay any thing, because I had some kind of cupon. I received paperwork upon the complettion of service, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff always treats me good when I have service on my vehicle.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. I just took my car in for an oil change. It did not take long at all. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. Now I am having some troubles with my transmission.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Astro. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for work on the transmission, and it took about 5 weeks. I had to pay for some of the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that also, and the staff there treated me good. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2003 Mercury Mystique. I bought my car from Demond, and he was awesome. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and the only problem with the car is there might be a belt loose. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 MAZDA 626. My sales person was Ryan. I was there for about 3 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There is some rust that I noticed today, but otherwise it is fine. The staff was very nice and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change. I had to wait about an hour, and the work was done within another hour. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was nice. The radio isn`t working now.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. I took in my car for transmission pan. The work took a week. I paid 40 dollars but was reasonable. I did get paperwork. The car is working fine. The staff was alright. My experinece was postiive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because there was a rattling noise and they had it fixed within the same day. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was great and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. My car was in for the bush and the strutt. My car was there overnight and I came the next day and they were just getting it in, they only did a oil change and changed the light blub, they did not fix anything else I did not have time to leave my car there any longer, they had to order a part. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work. The employees were fine, I just was no happy, that I did not have my car and it was not fixed. My overall experience was negative, because my car is not fixed.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Ranger. My overall experience was neutral until I get my service done on vehicle. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it, but I have some things wrong with it now. When I take off it seems sluggish, the transmission is jumping, the door chine goes off every 30 seconds and the seatbelt warning light is on too. Jawanna was my salesperson and she was very good too.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took the car to the service center because there was a transmittion fluid leak. I also got the oil change and tires rotated. I got the car back the next day, because I took it in later the day before. I had to pay ten dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I have to take the car to the service center because the struts need to be replaced. Chuck told me that they cover the stuts at no cost when I bought the car but hes not there anymore. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 SATURN ION. I recently brought the vehicle in for a new starter, it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems that I know of now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took in my car for an oil change. The work didn`t take long. I had a voucher. I did get paperwork. The car is doing okay and it gets me from a to z. The staff is cordial and professional. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Ram. My salesperson was Wally. He was nice. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently there is a problem with the heat. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 1999 Lincoln Continenta. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for service because whatever they done last time, they did not put my hose on right and I did get an oil change. They did not keep my vehicle that long either. I was charged only for the oil change and I did get a recipt. My brakes need to be looked at now. The staff overall treated me good.
