    I own a 2006 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took maybe an hour. It was only 5 dollars. I got paperwork. The staff were fine. I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. Charlie worked with me to get a vehicle and he was great. There have not been any problems with the vehicle and it was in good condition and pretty much clean when I got it. I brought the vehicle back later for them to finish the detailing. Overall my experience was positive. I couldn`t have asked for a better experience.

    I own a 1994 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my van in for an anti freeze leak. It took a day or two. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am taking it in on the 5th because it has a bad lifter. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in because it was cutting off. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The customer service was good. I am still having the same problem since I bought it. But they are look for the part for it. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 TOYOTA Corolla. Overall my experience was negative, because they can not seem to get the problem fixed and they keep giving me the run around. I brought the vehicle in for a problem in the window, and I have had it in 4-5 times for the same problem. They had it for a couple of hours and then called me about the problem. They told me that I had cut a wire in the door when I installed a CD player, but the same CD player has been in that car since I bought it. They then tried to tell me that I must have done something wrong to cause the problem, and I did not appreciate them trying to keep blaming the problem on me. One time when I brought it in they had the wrong part and didn`t let me know, therefore I missed a day of work for no reason. They told me that I would have to pay for the service, so I did not have the work done. They have not been keeping me updated with paperwork on this problem either. The staff there treats me alright, but it just seems like they are giving me the run around. This problem started 3 weeks after I got the car, and I have had it for about 13 months now and they still can not get the problem fixed. Currently, I am still having the same problem.

    I own a 2002 Ford Ranger. Errol was the salesperson that I worked with and he did a pretty good job explaining everything to me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had a single problem with the vehicle. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Beth, and she was excellent. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home, and I am not having any problems at this time. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. Jake was the salesperson that helped me select my vehiclce, and the vehicle that I purchased in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experince positive.

    I own a 1997 Dodge Caravan. I brought my van in for a tune up and some sensor stuff. It took a couple days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems with the van now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Josh I think. All the staff there were great. They were not too pushy. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently there are no problems. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the three days later. CNAC worked really hard to get me approved for the car. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but there is a noise I didnt notice when I bought it. My salesperson was Kim, and she was excellent.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new mirror for one of the doors. It took about 30 minutes to install. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car as of now.
