    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for suspension work, but they end up finding more work that needed done. They had it about 2 days, and I had to pay for the service. I felt the price was okay, but I thought the brakes were a little expensive. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me excellent. Currently, whenever I hit a bump the car makes a weird noise.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. My car was in for the check engine light was on. They had my car one hour. The employees were nice. The service was under warranty. I did get paper work. I am smelling something burning now, I am not sure what it is. My experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. Overall my experience was very positive. Jason worked with me and he did just fine with everything. The vehicle was clean and in perfect condition when I bought it and I was approved right away. This is my third vehicle with your company. I have not had any problems with this vehicle. Mike is the finest manager I have ever met and is worth every dollar you pay him. Becky is also a great girl.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My car was in for the transmission. They had my car for about one week and five days. The service was under warranty. The employees were great. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was the sales manager. I don`t remember his name but he sat at the front desk. The customer service he provided me was excellent. The car was neat and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with the car now. It took about 2 1/2 hours for me to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change and a battery. I got the car back that day. I had to pay nine dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I paid for air filter. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Montana. My sales person was Mike. I was there for about an hour and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems that I know of and the staff was really good. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Escort. The vehicle was recently brought in to have a new motor put in, it took four days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did recevie a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the blower motor for the heat is going out. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oic change, and it took about 15 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The staff did a good job on the service of my vehicle, and I currently do not have any problems with it.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I bought my car from Jared and he was an awesome salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and they only current problem is the idle RPM is too high. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Steve, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. My sales person was a man who sat right in the middle, back in the back. He had glasses and long hair. I was there for 7 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems and the staff was very nice, informative and helpfull. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. My salesperson was Tyrone. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved the same day, I was there for about four hours. My car was in good shape when I got it and it is doing good today, I have not had any trouble. My experience was neutral, because I do not think they explained everything to me before the final signing.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. Richard was the salesperson that worked with me and he did a good job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean and I have not had a single problem with it so far. I was approved the first day I went in to get the vehicle.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the brake lights fixed and it took 2 or 3 hours to get the vehicle back. I paid $120 and I got a receipt. The staff did a pretty good job with everything. I have not had any other problems with my vehicle since the last service.
