 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in because it would not start. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was okay when I can get in contact with somebody. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was neutral because the customer service was in the middle and nothing about it was excellent.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Grand Marq. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Joshua, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was running fine when I bought it, and it still is. Joshua did a good job during the purchae of my vehicle. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 GMC Envoy. My car was in for the service engine light was on. They had my car for about nine hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me work. The employees were really great, they were very helpful. I am going to take my car back in next week, the abs light is on and my car is making a noise in the engine area. My experience was positive.

I brought my van in for the transmission again, the steering wheel, the heat blower is out, and for the oil pan to be fixed correctly. It has been in the shop two days and is still there. It is under warranty. I have not gotten paperwork yet. The staff would be perfect if they fixed it right. The van is still in the shop. Overall, my experience was neutral because the problems have not been fixed right.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought my car in for the motor mounts, door locks, transmission, and the heater had a noise. It was in the shop for two days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I have to bring it back on the 10th for the transmission again. That is the only thing that puzzles me. Why do I have to bring it back when it was already in there for two days? Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2008 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about 30-40 minutes. I believe that she had to pay for that service, and we received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated us great, and there are no current problems with the vehicle. I would give them a 10 for their service.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. Anthony was the salesperson I worked with and he did a fine job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved first day. The vehicle has been driving rough and the check engine light came on about 7 days after I got the vehicle.

 | I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My sales person was Eron. It took 2 days overall, but I was there an hour and a half the first day, and was there for 2 hours the second day. It was very pleasent and the car was smelling like it was burning oil. They hadn`t changed the oil yet, but they took care of it and everything is fine. They still have some other things they needed to do as well, I just have to drop it off. The sales person was great, I can`t say anything bad about him. The girl who answered the phone the morning I bought the car was so rude I couldn`t believe it. I already talked to them manager about it. The experience was positive.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were really nice, and currently the vehicle is having a rough time starting up since it is getting cold.

There was also a bigger guy that helped him, and they both did an excellent job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, there may be a problem with a belt in my vehicle because it is squeeking.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 20 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was very good to me. The brakes are squeaking now.
