 | I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought my car in because the battery had dies and I couldn`t figure out what was wrong with it. There were some other things too. It took a week for them to get started because they couldn`t find the key. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were good. The car is old and has a lot of miles on it. Overall, my experience was positive other than the fact that it took them so long.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Ford Expedition. Overall my experience was negative, because the staff did not fix my windsheild wiper. My back winsheid wiper does not work, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about three hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I plan to take my vehicle back to the shop tomorrow, beause the staff did not fix it. I can not say to much about the customer service, because I still have the same problem. I think that my windsheild wipper needs a new motor.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. I brought it in for the engine, which was not running properly. I also had the brakes looked at and the engine light was on. It was there from 8,30 until 5 and I had to pay for the oil change. I did get a receipt. The engine still sounds like it wants to die, but I haven`t talked to them yet. My daughter is sick and I have to use the car to take her to the hospital. I am upset because the car still isn`t reliable. I love the staff and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about 40 minutes. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there treated me good. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 Nissan Quest. My salesperson was Josh and his customer service was good. The car was clean when I purchased it. However, it is having some issues with how it is running. I called and will be setting an appointment up to take it into the shop soon. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Demond, and he was excellent. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but I am having a minor problems. When I take off from a red light the car hesitates a little. I have been telling people to go there to get a car.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. I took the car to the service center because there was something wrong with the barrings on the right. I got the car back that day. I had to pay twenty five dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I have to get the car back in because the heat doesnt work. The staff treated me great. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was poistive. I needed a new fuel pump, and my vehicle was in the shop for about three days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I think that I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, but I just wish that the service was completed faster than it was. The staff was nice during the time that I spent with them.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Vashion, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have problems with it. My sales person was wonderful, because he was honest. My sales person did not make false promises, and he helped me out a lot throught out the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was not shifting properly, and the work took a couple of hours. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

 | I own a 2008 Ford Econoline. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was repossed, but Dan told me what I need to do to get my vehicle back. My sales person was Dan, and I was re-approved, before I walked back in to the dealership. My vehicle was in good shape when my vehicle was repoess, and it did not have any problems. My lock doesn`t work, and my pannel in the back is bought to fall on the floor. I will have it made if the service department fixes the two problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 Buick Century. I took in my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The work didn`t take long. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is doing fine so far, knock on wood. I haven`t had a problem with the staff. My experience was postiive.

The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. There is an antifreeze leak going on right now that I need to get fixed.

 | I own a 2002 MAZDA 6. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have a hose replaced, and they also replaced the catalytic convertor. The work was done in about two days. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.
