    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I bought my car from Monna, and she was good. I was approved for the car the next day. The car was nice and clean when I took it home, and I am not having any problems at this time. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. My sales person Michelle. I was there for three hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was excellent. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in for some stuff that was wrong with it when I bought it and they said they would fix. It was in the shop all day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were fine. I am still waiting on a modulator for the rear defroster. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I recently brought the vehicle in for ignition service, and it took one week and a half for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was bad they didnt explain to me what they did, and the new key they made for me gets stuck in the ignition. Overall I would rate this experience negative because my vehicle is not 100% fixed, and the staff did a bad job.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in for the fuel pump. It took a day to fix. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the second time I went in. I spent a lot of time doing papers the first time I was there. The car was in good condition when I bought it, and I dont seem to be having any problems now. My salesperson was Mike, and he was great.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but it didnt have a owners manual. The only problem I am having with the car is I keep hearing a noise. My salesperson was from Russia, and she was great.

    I own a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. I took the car to the service center because the check engine light was on and the car was stalling. I got the car back that next day. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, and I didnt get a receipt because I picked it up at CNAC. I have to take the car back in because the check engine light is back on and the car stalled once since I got it back from the service center. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 Ford TAURUS SE. I brought my car in for an allignment. I told them the time before that it needed one and they said it didn`t. Because they waited I have to get 4 new tires now. I dropped my car off Thursday at 9 and didn`t get it back until Friday at 3. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff would argue with me about whats wrong. I get the impression they act like they don`t want to do more than they have to. I have to bring my car back in because whenever we put power steering fluid in, it comes right back out. There is a leak. Also, I am going to have them look because I think there is a bad tie rod end. But they will probably tell me there is nothing wrong and I will have to bring it in again. Overall, my experience was negative because if they had believed me before I wouldn`t have had to bring it in again and then get 4 new tires.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get two control arm bushing, and a headgasket cover. I got the car back that day. I had to pay twenty five dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am taking the car in next week because the lower motor mount is torn, the door sensors nrrd replaced and the doom light has to be looked at. The staff treated me good.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change. I dropped the car off at the shop, and I got it back on the same day. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Oveall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the customer service was good.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesman`s name was Rodney. He was very good. The car could have been cleaner when I got it. I am not having any problems right now. They fixed all the things I had written down when I left. They fixed the battery and the lights. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler VOYAGER. Brian sold me the car. The car was good condition. I have a couple of problems the brakes pulsate and the door locks are making a noise. The car overheated the first day. The proceess took close to three hours. I like the staff and htis is my third car. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for new brakes. It took about 2 hours. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was great. There are no problems with my car right now.
