 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for the tie rods and an oil change. The service took a couple of hours to be completed. The service was under warranty, and I was given paperwork. The vehicle is in fair condition right now, but needs a little work.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Jeff and he was wonderful. The car was in wonderful condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car. It took about an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Focus. Marquetta was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in ok condition when I received it. I was there all day before I was approved for the vehicle, nad the vehicle needs a real gas cap, and the heater is broke. The staff was lovely, and overall I would rate this experience postiive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. I took in my car for an oil change. The work didn`t take long like 5 to 10 minutes. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car runs pretty good. I think something is loose on the left side of the car. The staff was awesome and they are great people. My experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. My salesperson was Jason and he was alright. The car was in good condition when I got it except the sunroof didn`t work. The sunroof is still broken but that is the only problem. I was approved that same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the sunroof and the really high interest rate, and the same price is given to car with different mileages and different conditions.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Grand Cara. I took the car to the service center because the check engine light was on, and the heat wasnt working. Also the car is overheating and I could smell antifreeze. I got the car back the same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a piece of paper that said waive all fees. I am still having the same problem with the radiator and antifreeze. Also the check engine light is still on. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was neutral because they didnt fix anything.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I bought my car from Mike, and he was very helpful and nice. The sales manager noticed I was there for awhile and and took me to see cars. Mike told me that I couldnt get a car and the sales manger told me I could because it was in my price range. I felt like Mike kinda rushed me though. I was approved for the car the same day. The car wasnt detailed at all. I mentioned there was a dent before I bought the car. Also the window seal on the driver side dont seem to be on right. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Buick Regal. My salesperson was Marlin, and he was outstanding. He treated me like I was at home. Mike was outstanding as well. He answered all my questions. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in great condition, and the only problem with the car is the windshield wiper is broke and the back window doesnt let down. Overall my experience was positive.

I currently do not have any probles with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for the heater core. The service took about a week. The service cost me a hundred something dollars, and I was given paperwoork. Th staff there was great, and I am not having any problems with the vehicle today.

The employees were good. The service was under warranty. I did not have much contact with the employees. I have to take it back for the transmission. My overall experience was neutral, because my car is not fixed.
