 | I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. My salesperson was Tyrone. He and the other employees did a good job, they were wonderful. I was approved the same day, I was there about two hours. My car was in good and clean condition when I got it and it is doing very good today. My experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My car was in because it was making a funny noise, and something was wrong with the shocks. The service was partial under warranty. They did give me paper work. They had my car for about one day. The employees were alright. My overall experience was neutral, because my car is not fixed and they are trying to say that it is not all covered under the warranty.

 | I own a 2002 Buick Century. I brought my car in because the passenger side windows were not working. It took about 3-4 hours to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fine. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was really good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience postiive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Earl and his customer service was good. The car was neat and in good condition when I received it. My headlight keeps popping out and my back passenger window won`t roll down. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

The vehicle was in fair condition and clean and I was approved the first day. The brakes have made noise and the check engine light has been stuck on for awhile. Overall my experience was neutral because of the problems going on with the vehicle.

I was not approved the first day I went in. The check engine light has been stuck on even after a service that was supposed to fix it.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I believe that we received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated us good, and there is still a problem with the window but I believe they are going to take care of that for us.
