    I own a 1999 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was done that same day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were very nice, and there are no current problems with the vehicle. My only complaint is that when they rotate the tires, they never reset my computer. So then when I leave the tire pressure light stays on.

    I own a 2001 Mitsubishi Diamante. Something recently fell off the vehicle and I needed it serviced, it took two days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was wonderful, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experince positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. I bought my car from Beth, and she was good. I was approved for the car the same day, but I came back two weeks later to put the down payment down. The car was nice and clean when I bought it. There is no master key to the car. I need the key that unlocks everything from the outside. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Dakota. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center because the check engine light was on, and it was overheating as well. The work was done in about two days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine. The truck doesn`t want to start when I park it on a hill, and I also want to get the oil changed.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positve. My sales person was Joshua, and I was approved the next day. My vehicle is nice, but there is a nail in the right tire. I do not like the no grace period principal in the contract. What happens if we have a snow storm, and I am stuck in a blizzard. Let`s say the city closes the streets down, and I can not make a payment. Does that mean that I will get my car repossed in a snow storm. Or what if I am sick, and I cannot make a payment untill the next day does that mean I will loose my vehilce. What if, What if, What if? There are to many circumstances in life for there not to be a grace period.

    I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly by a great staff. The service cost $5, and I was given a receipt. There are a couple ordinary problems with the vehicle today, such as the muffler.

    I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. My sales person was Deron. I was there for a couple of hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. The engine light is on but I haven`t been able to go in yet. The staff at the dealership was ok and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for the engine rack. The service took a couple of days to be completed. The service was not under warranty; but the price was fair, and I was given paperwork. The customer service was wonderful, and I am not having any problems with the car today.
