    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I took in my car for the cv axle. The work took all day. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is doing well but I smell radiator fluid. The staff was nice and polite. Gary is very polite. They don`t always call back when they say they will and that upsets me. My experience was negative because of Courtney and Shawntel eventhough they have been fired, I believe. They were bad. Chris my salesperson was excellent and finance was excellent too.

    I own a 1999 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for electrical wiring, and to clean the battery connections. The work took less than a day, and the cost was covered under warranty. I received paperwork with that service, and the staff there treated me really good. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. I bought my car from Jared and he was a good salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it but the brakes have been squeaking and the oil light came on. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Aurora. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about 45 minutes. I had to pay $5 for the service, and I received paperwork. The staff there treated me real good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Beth, and she was wonderful. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but it shakes sometimes while I am driving it. I have to take it to the service center because the window regulator has to be replaced.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Rick, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was horrible when I bought it, because it cuts of on me, and it stalls too. I have been calling all day to schedule an appointment, but the staff can not get me into Tuesday. I like my sales consultant, but my vehicle has to many issues already.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Matt was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was really good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. My experience was positive. John was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The truck is running alright, but I need a new battery for my remote starter.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Mike was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle makes a rattleing sound now. The staff was excellent, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Tim, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was not detailed when I got it, and it has been a problem for them to get me in to have it done. Also, one of the locks is not working and there is noises coming from the front and back wheels. I was approved the same day, and I am still currently having the problems listed above.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any problems with the car now. Matthew was my salesperson and he was really good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Silverado. My salesperson was Tyrone. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved in one day. My car was in pretty good condition when I got it other than the light was on the dash, and it is still on today, I am going to take it in. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. I brought it in for several things including a tune up, a new clutch for the air compressor, as well as other things. It was there for a day and I paid $25, which I thought should have been covered since I just got the car. The car is still shaking, but I haven`t talked to them about it yet. I wish I hadn`t gotten a car from J.D. Byrider. The staff was nice and the experience was positive.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me very well, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Chrysler Concorde. My car was in for the transmission. They had my car for about one month. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work and a receipt. My check engine light is now on, and it is having a rough time picking up speed. The employees were fine. My experience was neutral, because I am still having problems with my car.
