 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 mintues to complete. My service bill was fair, and I curretnly do not have any problems with my vehicle. I received papework, and the staff did a good job during my oil change.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for several things including the transmission, the heater and a/c, the windows, the air bag light, and several other things as well. It was there for 2 weeks It is still making a winding noise and its hard to turn the wheel. The heater and a/c doesn`t work still either. I am suposed to bring it back, but I have to work so it is difficult to have to bring the car in so many times. The staff there was alright and the experience was neutral because the problems were not fixed. I would prefer is someone from corporate could call me about this because I feel like I am not getting any help.

 | I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for a fly wheel, and it took a couple of days. I do not remember if it was covered under warranty, but I do not think I got paperwork with that service. The staff there has treated us quite well, and we have had no problems. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

 | I own a 2005 Pontiac AZTEK. My salesperson was a woman who sat in the 1st cubicle. She was very nice. My vehicle was neat and in good condition. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved. My overal experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler Town & Cou. I bought my car from Kevin and he was a great salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my I had an alignement, and some thing on my tires fixed. My vehicle was in the shop for about three or four days. My vehicle was under warrnaty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was okay during my service visit. I keep telling the staff that there is some thing wrong with my door, but the do not ever fix it. I think the staff does not fix it, because they do not understand my english to well. My door drops down a little when I open it, like it is loose or some thing. I do not know, but I just want the staff to fix my door.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to check the headlights, and it was completed that day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me pretty good, and currently the vehicle may need a tune up because it is running a little sluggish.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. The vehicle was recently brought in because it keeps idleing up, it took two days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has the same problem, plus the engine light is on now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. My sales person was Coach. I was there for from 10,30 until 4 or 5 and the car was in good condition when I got it. The engine light is on and I already have an appointment. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

Overall my experience was neutral, because this is the third time that I had my vehicle worked on for the same problem. I had a noise on my vehicle, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop overnight, and I received paperwork. I still have the same problem, but the service department is suppose to work on it again tommorrow. If my vehicle does not get fixed, then I will truly be mad. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from you guys, but because of the service, it is not as good as the first time.

 | I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about an hour. I had to pay $5 for the service, and I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me fine. Currently, there is a problem with my door and with the locks in the car.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to top off the fluids, and it took less than an hour. They did not top off the fluids or check the tire pressure, however. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me excellent, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It took 30 minutes to complete. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. I am not sure how the staff was because I was not there. I am having troubles with the heater motor.

My vehicle was decent when I bought it, but I noticed that my brakes were swreetching, and my ABS brake light is on. My sales consultant did a good job during the purchae of my vehicle.
