 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a gear shift repair, and it took about 30-45 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated us great and showed us where the coffee was and everything. Currently, when I turn on my lights the dash lights do not come on.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Expedition. I brought it in for a noise under the front passenger fender. It was there for an hour and a half or two hours and the service was covered. I am going back next week for the same problem though. The staff there was fine and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in because when I bought the car the locks on either door didn`t work. After it being there all day I was informed I had to bring it back because it needs new door handles. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork. I was disappointed in the staff because I still can not lock my doors. I have to make another appointment. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 MAZDA B2500. I took in my car for the windshield wiper turning the blinker. The overdrive doesn`t work becuase the light never comes. The work was done same day. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car kinda hurts me becasue the cab is so small. My leg goes numb. The staff was pretty cool. My experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Volkswagen Beetle. My salesperson was a white male with the second office and he was fine. The water light goes on and off and the check engine light was on when I got the car. Those problems are the only ones with the car. It took a couple hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because there could possibly be serious issues with the car.

 | I own a 2007 Ford Taurus. Paulie was my salesperson. The customer service I received was real good. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. I am having problems with the door panel falling off and the hose to the windshield washer fluid is busted. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was overheating and it took an hour to get it back. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did a good job with me. I am having electric problems with the windows and also the heat sometimes is on even when I have it turned off.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Matt was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took not even a hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, nad the vehicle needs sparkplugs bad now. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experince positive.

My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. However, with one week of having my vehicle I had a dead battery. Lawana was my salesperson and she was fine. I was approved for my car the same day.
