    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Derrick, and he was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but I had to take it in for two things. I have to take the car in because there is something wrong in the transmittion.

    I own a 2000 Dodge DURANGO SP. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. I think my brakes are grabbing now and there is a clicking noise when I turn my steering wheel. Dewanna was my salesperson and she was great. I was approved for my car the same day.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I took the car to the service center to have the brakes and rotors. I got the car back that day, but I dont think did the work correctly. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. The car is still squeaking and grinding. I think Thore was just going around the problem. The car was so bad that the tire just stopped. I dont think I should have to pay for the tires because when I bought the car is was riding funny. Overall my experience was negative, because I dont think they did the work right and I felt played. Also I called the next day and he told me that I didnt call.

    I own a 2001 SATURN Other. Mr. Graham sold me the car. The car was in good condition. The car has no issues. The process took about 30 minutes. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. Ovearll my experience was positive. My sales person was Ricky, and I was approved the same day. I think my vehicle was both nice, and it drove good when I bought it. I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales consultant did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for the brakes, the turn signal, and the brake light. The service was completed in about 4 hours, and I was given paperwork. The service was not under warranty, but I felt the price was reasonable. The staff there is great, and I am not having any problems with the vehicle today.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person Bobby, and I was approved the same day. My steering wheel is having a problem, because a joint is going out on it. My tire wobbles when I turn the wheel, but the staff said that the service department wil take care of it. Bobby was a very helpful through out the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Nissan Xterra. I took the car to the service center because there was a leak and they fixed some other things that was wrong too. I got the car back the next day. I had to pay twenty five dollars for the work that was done to the car, but they gave me a receipt back. I am still having the same problem with the leak. The staff treated me excellent. The service people where cool. Overall my experience was positive.
