    I own a 2004 Ford FREESTAR. My salesperson was a black male and he was good. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. I was approved the second day I went in. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. I had my window switch fixed, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one hour. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I love the staff, and the cusotmer service was great during my visit. I currently need a new window motor installed on my vehicle, so I plan to have service in the near future.

    I own a 2004 KIA OPTIMA. My salesman`s name was Wayne. He was great. The car was clean and in good condition except for the seats. I am taking it in on Tuesday to have the headlights adjusted and the upholstery cleaned. Other than that there are no problems. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Dave sold me the car. The car was in pretty good condition. The check engine light is on but there`s nothing wrong. The process took six hours. The staff was nice and polite. Dave was great and everyone was respectful. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Nissan Altima. My salesperson was Kim. He and the other employees did a alright job. I was approved the same day, I was there forever, there were a lot of interruptions that were not necessary. My car was in alright condition when I got it and it is doing fine today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. Bryan was the salesperson who helped me get a vehicle and he was good about everything. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I have not had a single issue with the vehicle. I was approved the first day I went in.

    I own a 2008 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales cansultant was Bobby, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but my tires needed to be balanced. The staff set up an appointment to come back to have my tires rotated, but I haven`t yet. Bobby did a good job as my sales person during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Bryan and he did an excellent job working with me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I walked in. There was a problem with the hinge on one of the doors.

    I own a 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage. The owners son was my salesperson. I don`t remember his name but he said he was 22 years old. His customer service was excellent. The car was neat and in good condition when I received it. I am not having any problems with the vehicle now. It took about 30 minutes to get approved. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it was brought and serviced real quick. The vehicle`s oil change was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. I took my car in because the check engine light came on and an oil change. It took about 20-25 minutes. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff is good but they did not fix the check engine light issue. My car is still not fixed--it is doing the same thing. My overall experience was negative because the problem is not yet resolved.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in because it was shaking and it was in the shop for about a day. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was great and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Plymouth Voyager. My overall experience was positive. I took the car in because I need a new waterpump and a pump filter. I had a little accident so I need a new rim and tire. It took about two days to fix. The fliter for the pump was under warranty and that`s it. The price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was very good. There are no problems with the car at this time.

    I own a 2004 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in an oil change. It took about 20 minutes. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was excellent. I am having a problem with my locks--I get locked inside of my car.
