 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. I had my window switch fixed, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one hour. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I love the staff, and the cusotmer service was great during my visit. I currently need a new window motor installed on my vehicle, so I plan to have service in the near future.

 | I own a 2004 KIA OPTIMA. My salesman`s name was Wayne. He was great. The car was clean and in good condition except for the seats. I am taking it in on Tuesday to have the headlights adjusted and the upholstery cleaned. Other than that there are no problems. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Dave sold me the car. The car was in pretty good condition. The check engine light is on but there`s nothing wrong. The process took six hours. The staff was nice and polite. Dave was great and everyone was respectful. My experience was positive.

The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I have not had a single issue with the vehicle. I was approved the first day I went in.

 | I own a 2008 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales cansultant was Bobby, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but my tires needed to be balanced. The staff set up an appointment to come back to have my tires rotated, but I haven`t yet. Bobby did a good job as my sales person during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Bryan and he did an excellent job working with me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I walked in. There was a problem with the hinge on one of the doors.

The car was neat and in good condition when I received it. I am not having any problems with the vehicle now. It took about 30 minutes to get approved. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it was brought and serviced real quick. The vehicle`s oil change was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. I took my car in because the check engine light came on and an oil change. It took about 20-25 minutes. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff is good but they did not fix the check engine light issue. My car is still not fixed--it is doing the same thing. My overall experience was negative because the problem is not yet resolved.

 | I own a 2005 Plymouth Voyager. My overall experience was positive. I took the car in because I need a new waterpump and a pump filter. I had a little accident so I need a new rim and tire. It took about two days to fix. The fliter for the pump was under warranty and that`s it. The price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was very good. There are no problems with the car at this time.

I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was excellent. I am having a problem with my locks--I get locked inside of my car.
