    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Donald was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I had purchased was in good condition when I received it. I dont know how long it took for me to be approved for the vehicle because I was watching the football game, and the vehicle`s service engine light is on, the cigarette lighter is missing, and so is one overhead light. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I had my window repaired, and the serivce lasted for about one day. My vehicle was udner warranty, and I received paperwork. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Robert was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchaseed was n good shape when I received it. I was there from four to nine for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was pretty nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. The new vehicle that I recently purchased was in good shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Robert. It took one day for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was very good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick Regal. Rich was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in pretty good shape when I reiceved it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vheicle`s service engine light is on now. The staff was pretty nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. The vehicle that I purchased was in good shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Drew. I was there from three to nine for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle`s window has troubel rolling down sometimes. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience neutral because it took so long for me to be approved for the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase I keep having problems with my vehicle. My vehicle was leaking, and I needed work on my shocks. My vehicle was in the for about four days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperowork. My fan is not blowing air like it is suppose too. The staff has looked at, and fixed my blower motor in the past, and I am still having problems with it. The customer service was great, but I just wish that they would fix my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Ford Ranger. I brought my vehicle in to get the wheel bearings fixed and they had it for 2 days. It was under warranty and I got the receipt. The staff did an alright job and there have been no other problems with the vehicle since then. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. It is always positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took less than an hour to get it back. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were really fast. I noticed recently that the transmissin is jerking occasionally.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Overall my experience was positive. I had to bring my vehicle in due to starter issues and I got it back that same day. It was covered under warranty and the staff are always good to me. I got a receipt afterwards. I have not had any other problems with my vehicle since this service.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. The salesperson that helped me select my new vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the starter had went out but was fixed that same day. The staff was great I joked around and played with them.     I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Overall my experience was positive. My check engine light was on, so I had service. The staff turned check egine light off immediatly, and the staff fixed my windsheild wiper blade. The service lasted literally for about five mintues, and I did not received paeperwork. I did not received paperwork, because it was not major service. My vehicle was under warranty, and the staff did a good job during the service on my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 SATURN SL1. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and it took about an hour and a half. It was free and I was given a receipt. The staff were great to me and had the work done quickly. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed work on the ignition, so my vehicle was in the shop for a few hours. My vheicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was great, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was negative, because it took so long. I needed my door fixed, so I needed new pins. My vehicle was under warranty, and I did not get any paperwork. I need my lights fixed, becuase they went out. I had to wait two weeks for the parts arrived, and then I had to wait two hours to get completed. The staff made me mad.
